The Shluchim Office, established by the Rebbe during the Kinus Hashluchim of 5747 (1986), is wholly dedicated to providing for the needs of Shluchim, their families, and their Shlichus.

Additionally, the Tefillin Bank arranges sets of tefillin for men taking on the daily commitment of Tefillin.
